Terms of Service

1. License Grant

By purchasing Captio Pro, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Captio browser extension on an unlimited number of devices owned by you. The license is valid for the current major version of the software and includes all updates within that version.

2. Free Version

The free version of Captio is available to all users at no cost. Free usage includes the full compositor and editing tools with the limitations described on the pricing page (watermarked exports, limited templates, single project slot).

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Captio for any lawful purpose, including personal and commercial work. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense your Captio Pro license key.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Captio Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@captio.app with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Captio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software. The total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Captio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
